“Almost single-handedly keeping the Rock and Roll flame alive in a city known more for greasy sandwiches than smoking riffs, Philadelphia’s Jukebox Zeros are a diamond in the rough. Over the course of 6 years, the band have maintained a level of excellence that is head and shoulders above other groups in the 'garage rock' game. On their latest release Rock & Roll Ronin, the band present themselves as wandering samurais on a mission to garner the respect they deserve, and rightfully so. For those who have had the honor to see these four masters (Peter, Rob, Brian, and Justin) perform live, the truth is obvious: No one brings traditional American Rock and Roll in a tight, explosive package like Jukebox Zeros.”
— Scott “Deluxe” Drake, THE HUMPERS
JUKEBOX ZEROS' new CD EP ROCK & ROLL RONIN is D.I.Y. rock and roll at it's finest. Recorded in the band's secret headquarters in the trash-strewn alleyways and dimly-lit corners of South Philly, each of ROCK & ROLL RONIN's songs were (un)produced by the JUKEBOX ZEROS in few takes--live and raw. The show flier- covered walls and patchwork, beer-stain carpeted floor offered the only soundproofing to keep the sonic assault from spillin' out into the street.
ROCK & ROLL RONIN is the band's first release for Rankoutsider Records, the California record label headed up by Pat Todd (legendary frontman of Lazy Cowgirls). Rankoutsider Records' roster of Garage, Punk, Americana, Roots, and Rock 'N' Roll music is a perfect fit for JUKEBOX ZEROS and the band is very excited to be included on such a cool and diverse record label. The songs on ROCK & ROLL RONIN are a mix of NYC punk rock, Midwest power-pop, Detroit sleaze, and sun-soaked West Coast reverb, creating a perfect soundtrack for a Saturday night. And, yeah, there's even a trashed out ELO cover too.

Honest but fierce rock 'n' roll attack. Jukebox Zeros are as good as any bands out there in the classic Chuck Berry on steroids punk and roll sound.
- John "Speedo" Reis (Rocket From The Crypt, Swami Records)
Not only are the Jukebox Zeros the best thing to ever come from Philadelphia, they are currently the best band on the east coast. They're high-energy rock 'n' roll in its purest form. Why the hell would you want anything else?
- Scott "Deluxe" Drake (The Humpers)
Slashing guitars sprang like flyin' monkeys outta the speakers, the vocals were straight from snot city, the drums 'n' bass bop along, kick ya in the booty and shake your spine...
- Jeff Dahl
Very old school rock the way I like it.
- Coyote Shivers (Musician, Actor)
After seeing the Jukebox Zeros at the Dave Blood Memorial Benefit @ Bar Noir, Rodney Anonymous (Dead Milkmen) had this to say:
Jukebox Zeros fuckin' ruled. But you knew that they would, so that's not news. How 'bout this, the Pope has begun beatifying them!
I like them... Normally I don't like anything much!
- Wreckless Eric
